HDC provided complete design services for 36 acres residential development on the east side of Charleston, Illinois. University Village Housing will begin construction in the Fall of 2005 for the Planned Unit Development. The development consists of 124 units, 28 single family homes and 48 duplex homes. Design services on the Planned Unit Development included site grading, all underground utilities and two detention basins. The development also includes 3,550 feet of dedicated street and infrastructure with an intersection at Woodfall and Hawthorne Drive. The entire project costs are approximately 8.8 million dollars.
