HDC is providing complete civil design services for the development of a site for the proposed 13,176 sq. ft. maintenance facility. HDC is affiliated with Architectural Spectrum which will provide complete construction documents and construction administration for the all-steel maintenance facility with 1,736 sq. ft. of brick veneered offices. The facility location is within Lafayette Township adjacent to the Old State Road just east of the Lerna Road.
