This project consists of a 20 lot single family residential subdivision. It is located within Coles County and within the one and one-half mile twilight zone of the City of Charleston, Illinois. This project is an upscale housing development in a wooded setting with over 80 feet of elevation drop within the property. Construction begins in the Spring of 2005.
